Description

For many of us—especially those who are Latine, BIPOC, or queer—success has often meant shrinking, code-switching, or reshaping ourselves to fit into rooms that were never built for us. Over time, that conditioning disconnects us from our voice, our opinions, and even what we believe we’re allowed to say out loud.

This session is an invitation to reclaim all of it.

We’ll explore how public speaking can become a powerful tool for identity reclamation—helping you reconnect with who you are, what you stand for, and what you actually want to be known for. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of your speaker identity and the confidence to express it—on stage, online, and in every room you walk into.

Session Includes:

→ How societal conditioning shows up in your voice, messaging, and visibility (and how to recognize it in real time)

→ Why authenticity isn’t just a vibe—it’s a practice of unlearning, choosing, and expressing your identity on purpose

→ A simple framework to reconnect with your voice and start speaking from a place of truth instead of performance

→ Q+A throughout or at the end of the session
