Dainelis Rodriguez (she/her/ella) is a bilingual storyteller, two-time contributing author, and the founder of Evoca Creative. She helps minority emerging leaders craft meaningful, driven work through writing and design, empowering them to trust their voice and lead with purpose.

With a degree in advertising and over a decade of experience in communications and media, she has built her expertise serving Jacksonville-based organizations across the advertising, healthcare, legal, and startup industries.

Drawing from her lived experience as a First-Gen Latina and bilingual creativa, she speaks at the intersection of curiosity, trust, and storytelling. Her goal is to guide audiences to lead with purpose and own the stories that make them inolvidable.
