Rosa E. Benavides (she/her/ella) is a Latina speaker, executive leader, and Founder of Speak Up Mujer, where she helps women and first-generation professionals rebuild self-trust, grow confidence, and communicate with presence. With 18 years of leadership experience, Rosa blends storytelling, practical tools, and heart-centered guidance to help audiences show up fully in life, leadership, and business.
