Originally from Sonora, Mexico, she has built her career breaking barriers as a Latina in athletics while advocating for belonging, representation, and opportunity for the next generation of leaders.
Her signature talks focus on leading across generations, navigating identity as a Latina in sports, and building people-centered cultures that empower student-athletes and staff alike.
